It’s almost picked up grape flavor. Still fantastic.

This Red Bull has been aging in my fridge since 2015, when I lived in Corpus Christi. After it moved once, figured I’d keep moving it.

Good luck. Some years ago my buddy served me and another guy some 3 year old beer and we were unable to go to work the next 2 days.

I love that label! Was it meant to be aged or did it happen by accident? ( I know I’ve left things bottles in the back of the fridge to be forgotten before!)
Have you ever been by Big Ash Brewing on Beechmont? I sublet the kitchen and do the food there, so I’m really biased, but I think they’ve got some cool things going on starting with the self serve tap wall

We’re fans of all species of penguins from the Southern Hemisphere. Just not the ones from a place that rhymes with Shitsburgh. Though honestly, I’m pretty sure it’s not hare like the Steelers, I’m sure 90% of Cincinnatians have never had a thought about the NHL.

This was intentional aging. I’ll have to try the place on beechmont, it’s near my grandma’s house

I’ve had this beer since May 2017. Actually bought six of them (at a...bleh... $16 per can), gave 3 as gifts, drank 2 myself. The last one is still sitting in the box in the back of the fridge, constantly tempting me. The plan is still to open it in May 2022. I’ve made it over halfway, so hopefully I can continue to hold out.
It’s a beer I’ve tried twice to recreate myself, but have never been able to nail down . It’s as close to a perfect dark beer as I have ever tasted alongside the St. Archer Tusk & Grain Vanilla Rye Stout and the Harviestoun Old Engine Oil Engineer’s Reserve .
I imagine the aged can of Boxcar Stout will be even better.

Awesome! I’ve never heard of those breweries(a s i’ m in the Northwest), but I love blonde stouts. They are such an unnatural yet delicious style.
